My Hero Academia episode 40 is a bathing scene in the My Hero Academia anime series.
Summary
There is an Onsen scene. Minoru Mineta uses his Quirk to attempt to peep on the girls side since the bathing schedules overlapped, but he gets stopped by Kota. When Mina Ashido thanks him, he accidentally peeps on them, causing him to faint and Izuku Midoriya to catch him.

Reception
A big chunk of My Hero Academia's western fan base consists of viewers who haven't watched anime prior and are unfamiliar with anime tropes and Japanese bath culture which has resulted in many of its fans on Twitter constantly giving uneducated criticism of this scene even to go as far as labeling it as pornography despite no private areas being shown and not a single character in the scene has any form of sexual contact with each other.
