She takes a Shower and says how great it is to have a shower after a long day. Shinji Ikari comes home with groceries and gets nervous as he see's the silhouette of Misato's body through the bathroom door. After getting out, she says that there's nothing like a cold beer after a hot shower.

Episode 2

She takes a bath with the water still running curling her legs and talking on the Phone to Ritsuko Akagi with her right arm rested on the tub. After finishing her call, she shuts the faucet off at some off screen moment and then rests her left arm on the side and tries to relax but somehow feels more worried. Later on after getting out, she is seen drying her hair off with a green Towel while wearing another green towel to check on Shinji Ikari who seems to be depressed.

Episode 10

She bathes at an Onsen with Asuka Langley Soryu. While the camera is focused on Shinji Ikari's bath on the males side, he can hear that Misato and Asuka are being very touchy with each other as well as using some body soap that Shinji tosses over the fence to them. After washing up, Misato sits on the rim of the Hot Spring as she bonds with Asuka. It is also the first moment which reveals the scar on her torso which is noticed by Asuka.
