This episode first aired in Japan on November 28th, 1971. This episode first came to North America on June 26th, 2012 as part of the Lupin the 3rd: The First TV Series Complete Collection DVD set.
Trivia
- While this is the first officially released Lupin III bath scene in the anime series, it isn't the first one created since an unreleased pilot film titled Lupin III: Secret File was made in 1969 but wasn't released until 1989 alongside a newer re-made version.
