This illustration was released as an extra in the special edition of the 35th Fairy Tail manga volume released on November 16th, 2012. This was not in the regular edition or any North American release.
Anime Differences

This extra manga segment did not get adapted into the anime series and remains exclusive to the manga series. It is possible that Mavis anime only bath scene in the 4th OVA is inspired off this artwork since both this artwork and the OVA were released together.
