Fairy Tail Omake: Happy's Little Job 4 (also known as Fairy Tail chapter 56.5) is a special which has the 5th bathing scene in the Fairy Tail manga series.
Summary
When Lucy Heartfilia, Natsu Dragneel and Happy are helping an old woman named Tomekko get customers for her store, they try her soup and tell her its good and asks what is made out of and it then switches over to her taking a Bath in her rickety Barrel Bathtub with a Rubber Duck saying that its made out of her used bathwater causing them all of them to throw up.

This omake chapter was first released in November 16th, 2007 in the seventh manga volume released in Japan. The scene was officially translated and released in North America in volume 7 published by Del Rey Manga on July 28th, 2009.
Anime Differences
This omake was not adapted in the anime and is exclusive to the manga series.

- This is the first omake to have a bathing scene as well as the first bathing scene to not be adapted into the anime.
