Manga Differences

This chapter was adapted from the 456th chapter and 457th chapter of the Fairy Tail manga series. The original manga version scene showed much more of Lucy and Brandish's bodies as well as full shots of buttocks which in many shots were covered or cut off in the anime. In the anime Lucy grabs a Pink Towel and covers up as she escapes her house but in the manga version she grabbed nothing and escaped the house completely butt naked.
Trivia
- This is the last bathing scene in the Fairy Tail anime series to take place in the present tense. The last two bathing scenes in episode 310 and episode 321 take place in flashbacks.
- This is the last time Lucy Heartfilia's Ofuro has been seen in the anime series. While it gets destroyed and later restored, it is comfirmed in the 9th OVA (which presumably takes place after the events of this arc) that it was remodeled sometime after replacing the Undermount Bathtub with a Double Sided Clawfoot Slipper Bathtub.
