Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai NEXT episode 4 is the seventh bathing scene in the Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai anime series and specifically the third in it's second season.

Summary

After being puked on, everyone goes to a Public Bath to wash off. On the males side, Kodaka Hasegawa allows Maria Takayama to bathe with him and Yukimura Kusunoki. While having a Furo session, Yukimura scrubs Kodaka's back and then has his Towel taken off by Maria wondering what Kodaka's private is and why Yukimura doesn't have one. Kodaka then confusing looks at Yukimura and then discovers that Yukimura is really a girl.
