She is a celestial spirit owned by Lucy Heartfilia who lived in a mansion with a Bathing Pool that she sometimes summoned her in. Later on Lucy has lived in houses with an Undermount Bathtub and Clawfoot Slipper Bathtub though as far as we know Aquarius was never summoned in those tubs.

She is a mermaid and is always wearing a Swimsuit making any time she has been in a Bath be considered Clothed Bathing. Back when Lucy was younger, she would always summon Aquarius when she took a Bath and it would get her mad at Lucy because she doesn't like being summoned for no reason especially in Bathtubs.
