Nurse Witch Komugi-chan

Nurse Witch Komugi is a spinoff of SoulTaker that began with a 5-part OVA series in 2002 directed by Yasuhiro Takemoto and Yoshitomo Yonetani. A second (1-part) OVA came out on June 6 2003, directed by Masatsugu Arakawa. It is often considered "episode 2.5". The original OVA series didn't finish releasing until 2004, so the special was released midway through it.

A manga adaptation with 2 volumes came out later in 2003. Then a video game came out in February 2004 called "Nurse Witch Komugi-chan Magical te".

Another OVA series called "Nurse Witch Komugi-Chan Magikarte Z" came out in September 2004, which had 2 parts.
